Mircea went to a hardware store where he got a 20 mm plywood containing 5 mm thick metal L-profiles for roof rails and a lot of screws, nuts, washers, and bearings. He started working in the yard behind the house for 5 months until he reached a functional version. After this, he abandoned that version trying to create another one at a more advanced level.
During the design and creation process, the inventor encountered several challenges, including difficulties in finding workers and designers who could understand the concept so they were not able to manufacture it.
Despite these obstacles, the inventor was motivated to continue the project due to its potential benefits for humanity and the environment.
